What if Big Sis says we need this info under the ndaa act .Short of a full on gun registry n U.S. This would be the easiest way to find out who has what! Farfetched? No if you consider they are harrasingthe banks to not finance gun makers.And the fact that a National Gun Registry is their ultimate wet dream!
