Poor Officer could face time or merely be suspended for 10 yrs. Should be suspended for life and get 20 for abuse!

    I cannot believe the writer of the article defended this dirt bag. The woman is hand cuffed what kind of threat could she possibly be? He is a typical jack booted thug.
