I have little doubt that they make it look a lot easier than it really is.
I've never tried one myself,but I read one a while back where a guy did he said he finally got it but wore blisters on his hand.Thats one to try at home or a non crisis situation first.But if ya can do it,one more trick to keep ya alive.
